Remodeling - Replacement of Windows & Siding
This Fox Island View Home was
transformed from a 1970's contemporary, into a gorgeous Craftsman Style Beauty.

The goal of this remodel was to change the inside and out, completely.
Everything was torn out and transformed.
Through the help of local Architects, this home was given a new flow, and a
completely updated look.
Milgard fiberglass windows were installed. Pre-stained cedar shingles, and
brilliant Craftsman Style trim completed each window and door.
This Port Orchard area remodel completely reshaped the look & feel of
The front living room was extended, and the master bedroom was enlarged
to create a master suite with a sitting room and large master bath.

Fox Island Remodel - New Dormer & Fireplace
||Two dormers were framed to provide a view of the Tacoma
narrows bridge, and an existing stone veneer fireplace was
modified to utilize a black slate finish.
|Hardie board siding was installed in dormer addition. The
siding was painted to match the existing siding.
||The upstairs loft area was given a more open feel with an
addition of six picture windows.
This fireplace was original to the home. It was constructed of
hand picked stones.
The stones were demoed by hand, then framed over to create a more modern shape.
Wood and metal
framework was utilized.
Hardibacker board was installed over the framework in
preparation of the slate tiles.

New Construction Sunroom- installed Milgard windows, and
This potting shed roof received a new cedar roof and skylight.
