We framed the she-shed, and installed cedar siding, and cedar shingles. The homeowner took care of the rest!
Fox Island, WA | Dormer Addition
This Fox Island, WA addition provided our customer with fantastic view of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. It also allowed for more natural light to shine into their home!
We cut 2 large openings in the roof and built two shed dormers. We laid roofing and installed siding, and installed new windows.
Gig Harbor, WA | Fireplace remodel
This Gig Harbor outdated fireplace was demoed, and replaced with smooth tile. The tile created a more modern feel to their Canterwood neighborhood home. We also completed a master bathroom project for this Gig Harbor, Washington client.
Port Orchard, WA | Laundry Room Addition
Tom Winter Construction added on a Gig Harbor laundry room addition to an existing home. We installed slate tile flooring, IKEA cabinets, subway tile backsplash, and assembled a Clearlight sauna.
IKEA Cabinets were assembled and installed, quartz counters, Subway tiled walls and doggie shower. Cedar tongue and groove was installed on the ceiling to add warmth to the white and gray fixtures.
A farmhouse sink with chrome faucet was installed. Charcoal floor tile was laid, with radiant floor heated mats underneath.

Port Orchard, WA | Wood Casement Window Installation
Tom Winter installed a new wood casement window to replace a failed/leaking old window.
New trim was used on the exterior to match, and the existing trim was used inside the home.
